Welcome to my site. I love creating and enjoy a variety of media and techniques. My interest and influences have come primarily from African Art, body painting, body decoration and scarification methods. I am also inspired by books, and my life experiences as a mother, wife, and woman.

Over the years I have made a collection of sculptural dolls which I created as a response to ideas of ideal beauty in our society. These consist of sculptured paper clay heads and fabric decorated bodies. My work is constantly evolving and at present I am creating art quilts, including on stretched canvas. My aim is to create and share my work with others whilst always striving for more knowledge and growth in life and work.
